Banish Agony - Ecstasy Returns!!
Finally, after nine long years, it is the journalist's nightmare. No longer can they write, "It is five years, six years, seven years, eight years, nine years...since Arsenal last won a trophy." In an extraordinary match today we eliminated that statistic once and for all. But being Arsenal we had to endure our fair share of Agony before we could immerse ourselves once more in the Ecstasy only winners know. Final score Arsenal 3 - 2 Hull City. Today, the world seems a better place.
And yes, I did give up my season ticket this year, after 44 years... but I was there.

Thanks for looking at my website. I have created it to help me convince publishers of the merit in a book such as this. I can only do that if people are happy to tell other Arsenal fans about this site and post comments of support. Please use the Comments box on this page and let me know what you think.

I can't wait to see this book in print. Keeping the faith has been a hell of a roller-coaster of emotions. I do believe this book will epitomize the thoughts and feelings of Arsenal fans worldwide. I'm ready to support if there's an opportunity to.

Born in Islington, grew up in Oz and a Gooner since '69.
One of my fondest memories, was as a 16 y/o. I was at my mates place for the '79 FA Cup - we had done up his parents lounge room in yellow and blue streamers and put posters up of our heroes. In the early hours that morning the whole house and suburb shook to our hysterical screams of joy "Sunderland - it's there! It's 3-2!
Arsenal are the second longest realtionship next to my mum.
I can't wait for the book to be published. Best of luck with it.

I wish you all the luck with this project. It is a rarity to find a book from a genuine fan, and the photos are superb and bring back many, happy memories.
Put me on your list of purchasers when it's published.
This book needs to be published. Today's football fans generally (Arsenal fans included) need to understand what a huge undertaking and responsiblity supporting a football team is.
